10 Ways to Influence a Potential Client
- Send out a newsletter– this will make them feel valued by you and your time, and will also show the potential clients your products/services.
- Free Gift- this will make any client happy as everyone loves free things. But you need to make sure they aren’t just looking for a freebie and are actually possible clients. Also, ensure that the free gift is something that they will value but wont send you broke.
- Keep them top priority– make sure they feel valued by you and not just another annoying customer, making sure they feel special.
- Deals– you could offer them certain deals, these could vary from a 50% off the second item, or a stamp card where if you use their services five times you get the sixth one 50% off. When someone thinks they are getting a bargain, they are more likely to close the deal sooner.
- Consultations- by giving them a free consultation, they will be more likely to take your business and products more seriously, and start to think of their options. Plus this is a good chance to show them your deals and opportunities.
- Send email- this could be considered a joining email, this would tell the potential client about all your products, prices and deals you offer. This will get them thinking about your business and products.
- Talk to them– remember to talk to them and keep in contact, rather than let the gap between conversations get to long. Make them feel as though they are your only client.
- Remember their name– by remembering their name they will feel valued by you and will be more inclined to do business with you.
- Remember small details- by remembering the small details they have told you, they will feel valued by you. As simple as remembering they have two kids, Zachary and Madeline, or they love dogs more than anything.
- Loyalty cards– if you are a big company you could get loyalty cards and offer the customer the opportunity to join that program as a taster to your business.
